What We Do

We are small and selective, by design. Only referral candidates are considered. We create each opportunity based on our desire to give only our best to the customer and its mission. 

We are brought in to work alongside Community technical and mission leaders to provide strategic, operational and tactical insights, to help build and design with them organizational improvements and solutions, and we stick around for the celebratory happy hour.  We transition between strategic advisors, technical advisors (SETAs), and hands-on implementors, as needed – going where the mission needs us the most. 

We are not just a job description or a position.  We are engineers, warfighters, trained professional consultants, facilitators, mediators, and leaders.  We have deployed around the world in various capacities.  We each have a unique skill-set that sets us apart, and we pride ourselves in diversity of thought, background, and senses of humor. 

We are all here to do what matters.  To be where we matter.  We aren’t limited by our resume and aren’t constrained by a hierarchy.  Together, our composite skills enable the Trophy Point family to be the ones that get called in to the room when it matters most.
